Made in China 2025
Published on June 22, 2016
Today, June 22, EUCCC members shared their ideas about the initiative “Made in China 2025”, consider the future opportunities this project will provide to Chinese industry. The goal of the initiative, which is inspired by the “Industry Plan 4.0”, is the enhancement of the high tech sectors and the information technology tools, considered as leading elements for economic-industrial development of the Country.
As Vice Chairman of the Board, Shanghai Chapter, I had the pleasure and the opportunity to introduce the discussion. Together with Dr. Dennis Hong of the TÜV SÜD Academy and Mr. Kiran Patel, of the LehmanBrown International Accountants, we decided to focus on the following points:
Goals and prerogatives of the Chinese economy and its active European operators, in order to allow the Chinese Industry to develop according to the “Industry Plan 4.0”;
Advantages and risks of the “Internet Plus” and the “Made in China 2025” initiatives;
The contribution that foreign enterprises would have been able to provide for the success of this project, which let us expect a more and more significant integration of China in the fourth Industrial Revolution.
Very interesting the points of view arose in the meeting. The future has excellent perspectives. Thanks to EUCCC and to all of them who actively participated.
